In the course of FengShui, site selections come first. This is the very first line of defence. Any amount of FengShui cure would be watered down if the site selection is not up to the mark.
Along the cause of my work as an Architectural consultant, very often then not, I will be required to advise on site selection in a technically feasible way. Now, couple with the years of FengShui knowledge, these had added to the advantage among others, having an eye to spot the so called Dragon Spot. Read http://vinleo.com/vl-articles-fs09.php for the explanation of the dragon spot, some called dragon cave, Long Mai and moosti-spot as I liked to call it and the most important thing is about storing Qi. The funny things are, these spots are not easy to come by.
Yet in the course of my work, I had the opportunities to recognise many of these spots, of which some has been included in my blog (refer to http://yifengshui.blogspot.com/2009/05/another-moosti-spot.html , http://yifengshui.blogspot.com/2008/11/moolah-from-moosti-spot.html ).
PostScript: One more thing, I forget to mention, this is many times superior then the one you see in Semenyih and I was wondering how to walk the dragons with both eyes closed? More often then not, these spots are actually available for sale in any new housing estate, as many developers would just pass it on as just another plot of land for sale, not otherwise they would marked up the offer price at a premium. In my view, it was a pity that these developers do not engage a FengShui Architect from the start of their development process.
I would not mention which are still available in the market for fear of unnecessary rush for the dragon spots. Just a note to the uninitiated, many of these spots owners are now, billionaires instead of merely millionaires. So, there is no need to rush down to Singapore, many are available in Malaysia. I was even told that even Singapore and Taiwanese masters are here in Malaysia to look for spots!
Coincidentally, a friend of mine is writing about green dragon crossing bright hall without any picture attached via her blog http://candicelai.blogspot.com/2009/06/green-dragon-crossing-ming-tang.html , so I might as well highlight here what it meant by such from my picture annotation. Often then not one must be able to recognise one before even reaching the spot and the question is how? Upon reaching it, these elements must be present. By far, I must admit this moosti spot is indeed hard to come by. Only a few more lots around the spot vicinity are available and deals are closing fast. Drop me a mail if you are keen to own one (only better picture will be available via email). Who knows you may be the next billionaire in line?

hi David,
Can a person strike a lottery even though he is going through unfavorable wealth (破财)luck through these feng shui application?
Hello my friend...not until I have bought the land ah...
Or maybe we should buy up the few lots and have sub sale....
:-)
Shi Xiang,
You have quite a nice blog out there. I am just trying to figure out, should I or should I not disclose the manner of reading a dying event for fear of being labled as YAMATAKA, the Hell King! So I am going to keep Chris's invitation for a while, until I figure out a way.
The same thing goes with your question and the answer is no. The so called unlucky one will not strike lottery, however his housemate who is staying with him will. They have entirely different luck path and that can be easily arranged.
Cheers
Chris,
Aiya, I was trying to fish potential investors and now you have let the cat come out of the bag! I got to share 50-50 commission with you lor as nobody else know the location mah?
To date, there has been enquiry and my hunch tell me they are going to close the deal.
Get the negative officer into action and let your positive officer to close the deal and the land is yours! You know what I mean? You a need a smooth talker when it comes to lady. BTW, I am sure the land is yours. Perhaps we may "sapu" all the 8 lots for subsale with buildings on it built with FengShui specifications and sell with premium?
That I see can always be arranged.
Cheers
Hi David,
thanks for reading my Blog again. Actually i plan to learn feng shui also, but if learn from books seems a bit difficult, as can't gain feedback from the people on the spot.
Maybe you can give some tips on how to start first (in learning feng shui) lolz. Taking course is out of question, as those fees are expensive... maybe any nice English book to recommend ?
regds

I am sure you will learn some trick to customize your blog :-).
Actually my Chinese is so so only... I spend quite a lot of time in translating those classic , especially understanding those chinese term by using online dictionary translator. -.-" ... 滴天髓 is out of my ability to understand lolz... 三命通会 still can read a bit.
will browse through your blog again. Before this i read more in your bazi analysis compare to feng shui, cause i can't understand any feng shui at all haha...
when learning bazi, i almost get free lunch, mainly only learn from 罗量,曲纬,and joey's book(during beginning). Din't attend any course before . Maybe for those who is having hard time to determined the day master strength can buy 罗量-格局 (chart type) and read. I prefer use his theory in determined the DM compare in using the point system, (QTBD) is confusing as well.
Drop by my Blog if you have "free time" :-) ,I will mainly analyze bazi by using only the combination, transformation, clash, and 克. Very different with "joey's" style.
I actually quite admire you and your "strength" in understanding feng shui.
cheers
